1. Definitions

• One Account Per Person: You may only register and maintain one account with aifa99. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

• Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to use your account, and you may not transfer, sell, or share your account credentials.

• All deposits are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of technical error.

3.2 Withdrawals

• You may only withdraw funds to a bank account registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified in your account settings and vary based on your VIP tier.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

• All funds deposited to your account must originate from legitimate sources and be your own property.
• You will not use aifa99 services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

• You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to prevent aifa99 from being used as a money transfer service.

aifa99 operates a tiered VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) based on monthly wagering volume. VIP benefits include higher cashback percentages, increased withdrawal limits, dedicated account managers, birthday bonuses, and exclusive promotions. VIP tier eligibility is recalculated monthly based on your wagering activity during the previous calendar month. aifa99 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms or remove VIP status from users engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules

aifa99's decision regarding voided bets and technical malfunctions is final. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resolve issues fairly, but we bear no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond refunding affected stakes.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aifa99 and constitute material breach of these terms:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems (bots), or engage in any form of cheating.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, including but not limited to sharing information in poker games or coordinating opposite bets to abuse bonuses.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on opposing outcomes across different platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargebacks and Payment Fraud: Disputing legitimate charges with your bank or payment provider, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Account Sharing: Allowing other persons to use your account or using another person's account.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service

• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security
• Third-party actions including payment processor failures or bank delays

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of aifa99 services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aifa99 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct on your part

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of aifa99 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aifa99 holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent local Indonesian law applies to your use of our services as a resident of Indonesia, such local laws shall also govern where not in conflict with our licensing jurisdiction's laws.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and aifa99, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to the following escalation process:

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our license. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against aifa99.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your aifa99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method after deducting any applicable fees
• Active bonuses and wagering progress will be forfeited
• You will lose access to your account history and transaction records after 90 days
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period

11.2 Termination by aifa99

aifa99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:

• You have violated these Terms & Conditions
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• You have created multiple accounts
• Your account has remained inactive for over 12 months

Upon account closure by aifa99, we will refund your account balance minus any disputed amounts, pending investigations, or funds derived from prohibited activities. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending completion of any investigation into Terms violations.

12. Amendments to Terms

aifa99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email and/or prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of aifa99 services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. 15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and aifa99 regarding your use of our services. These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
